Return & Refund Policy – The Optical Store

At The Optical Store, we strive to ensure the highest quality in every product we deliver. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.
  • The return request must be initiated within 3 days of product delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all tags intact.
  • Please share a photo or video proof of the defect via email at support@theopticalstore.in before sending the product.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
  • We recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The Optical Store reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
